Of course the ATL
So going into the playoffs what concerns you the most?:jbhmm:

1. Coach Bro getting in over his head? :lupe:

2. Defense being too young for the big moment?

3. Offense stalling out in the redzone?

What y'all think?

Probably how young the defense is. I'm not concerned about the offense. They'll be straight. What I don't want is for us to have to get into offensive shootouts because our defense is getting outsmarted. But Beasley's made a huge leap forward this season and I think he'll do well in the postseason. The real test is that secondary and whether they can keep the PI's down.

Since the KC loss I'm really proud of the strides we've made on defense. They're getting better like we hoped they would

I'm more concerned with Coach Bro...I'm not sure how confident I am in him in a big spot to make a critical call. I still think he's in over his head

Young defense is a big concern, we going into the playoffs with arguably the best QBs in the NFC. Like I said earlier if we can get some big stops here and there, that could swing the game to our favor.

I honestly got faith in Quinn :manny: because I think he knows what is at stake and this isnt regular season

Yea I don't doubt that DQ knows what's at stake. I think he's done a great job of rallying the team every time we've had a tough L this season, he's done a much better job of that compared to last season. I think the guys buy in to his program and him as a person, but I'm still not convinced in him as a coach, that KC game was the last time we saw him in a playoff like atmosphere and he got out coached and outclassed at home. Now hopefully he's grown as a coach since then but in a close game I'm not sure I trust his instincts to do the best thing for the team, not what he feels would be the "coolest" thing to do

The Atlanta Falcons are getting healthier heading into the final week of the season, which is fairly rare and bodes well for their chances in the postseason. Only one of them is likely to make it back on the field this weekend.

That would be De’Vondre Campbell. There’s no indication Campbell’s concussion is going to be any more of a lingering, short-term issue than any concussion is, though any concussion is bad news over the long haul, and we’ll hope this is the last major one of the rookie’s career, however optimistic that hope may be. Getting the dynamic (if inconsistent) young linebacker back will help a great deal against New Orleans, a team that has the second-best offense in the NFL.

Then there’s Austin Hooper. The rookie tight end thankfully appears to have dodged a serious injury, but is being eased back onto the field and shouldn’t be counted on until the playoffs. The Falcons got it done a week ago with the likes of Josh Perkins, Levine Toilolo, and DJ Tialavea, and they can certainly do so one more time against a defense that is demonstrably worse than Carolina’s. Having Hooper’s pass catching ability back on the field against a steady defense like New York’s, Green Bay’s, or even Seattle’s in the postseason could make a major difference, though, so the Falcons would be wise to rest him for one more week.

We’ll know more today and tomorrow as Quinn and company update the media on injury statuses, but it would probably be wise for the Falcons to take it slow with both to ensure they’re set for the postseason. If they can get Campbell back and feel confident about doing so, however, I’d welcome him back.
