I really shouldn't be laughing at this gen z f*ckery
Simple question: is the quality of the WNBA equal to or better than the NBA (or has it ever been at any point)? Then we can go from (or leave it) there.Your first paragraph just tells me you're not a true fan of basketball. Both leagues play basketball the same way minus a few minor differences. The WNBA has had notable all-time individual talents and team dynasties and (Houston Comets of the 00s, the Minnesota Lynx during the 2010s, and most recently the Las Vegas Aces) and the players you named would confirm that, it's just you and many others are uninformed and have little to no knowledge of the league because you're not true followers of the sport of basketball itself.
It's like when I read people on Facebook saying they didn't know the WNBA existed yet have the nerve to call themselves basketball fans...if you are indiscriminately a fan of basketball, you'd know the WNBA and how long the league has been in existence and it's notable players and teams.
This is what I mean by politics, your disdain for the league is based on perceived gender entitlement and things that have less to do with the sport itself. Players requesting better pay and benefits shouldn't turn you off from watching them play as that has no impact on their game or the outcome of a game but, since you're clouded by personal beliefs that are rooted in politics it's preventing you from appreciating women's basketball.
It’s really not that complicated. For me and others, it’s simply an inferior product. They’ve never had a Jordan, Kobe, Lebron, Curry etc.
The real backlash comes from this entitlement that the WNBA should receive similar perks and pay to the NBA despite not generating the same revenue.
It’s no different from lady tennis players demanding the same pay as their male counterparts despite playing less sets. It makes zero sense.
Once they start upping the quality of their players and brand, then their “demands” will be legitimate. Until then, they can’t whine about not receiving NBA level perks when their talent doesn’t justify it. It’s like a 5/10 broad expecting 10/10 dime pretty privilege. It’s straight up delusional.
And believe me, I’ve tried to watch them play many times but when you watch the very best in the NBA to them, the stark contrast in quality is staggering. You can’t go from flying in first class and act as if economy is just as good.
LOOK: Stephen Curry wants to challenge Sabrina Ionescu in 3-point shooting competition
Ionescu racked up 37 points in a single round during the 3-point contest at WNBA All-Star weekendwww.google.com
Anyone hating on the WNBA is not a real basketball fan, and is a casual fan.
women's tennis tv ratings being higher is one of the reasons they were asking for equal payIt’s really not that complicated. For me and others, it’s simply an inferior product. They’ve never had a Jordan, Kobe, Lebron, Curry etc.

Did I dispute that or did I specifically mention they play less sets?women's tennis tv ratings being higher is one of the reasons they were asking for equal pay
WhitewashedWhat about the tech breh, Marques Brownlee (I think his name is).
Karl Anthony TownsWho the hell is KAT??
That is dependent on the individual but for me...Simple question: is the quality of the WNBA equal to or better than the NBA (or has it ever been at any point)? Then we can go from (or leave it) there.
Yep. All that juelzing about "quality" isn't important to any true basketball fan. That is dependent on the individual but for me...
It's equal because I generally love basketball. Men or women, I don't discriminate, the game is all the same I'm going to be entertained either way.
A basketball fan just loves the game and admires and respects anybody that can play, especially at a high level to make it into the pros.
I would’ve agreed until I saw this:
He didn’t hire one black person. NOT ONE. Not saying he’s obligated to but to be the owner and to be the only black guy is highly . No women either.
I’d say that’s worse than any of these c00nish pranks these YouTubers post. He went of his way to not hire anyone black.
