Monty was two steps backwards. It’s hard to come in and change the culture completely overnight but it’s even harder for Bickerstaff and the pistons because Cade has to run the show and he’s looking more like a combo guard than guard. Hes a bucket but that combo guard starts to come out and show its ugly head when the game is tight and get away because he seems to start committing them turnovers right before the opposition pulls away. And he’s committing turnovers at an alarming rate this season.

And the JB can’t figure out how to alwmthe defense better which is suppose to be his calling card. I mean nigguhs are just escorting the opps into the paint at this point

Everything you said about Cade has been Cade his entire career so far, must be ownership forcing that PG narrative then. New coaching staff and it's the same shyt.

Cade as PG is forced at this point. He can get buckets but is mediocre facilitator overall. He would be better in a Booker/Tatum like role. Just be go to scorer secondary ball handler

It think it’s 3 different coaching staffs. Pg is the hardest position to transition from college to pro’s. Add to it, Cade wasn’t even the defecto pg while Hayes was on the roster. Cade just been marred by a lot of roster instability to begin his career. His biggest obstacle has been weaver. The team overall looks improved(compared to last season) but Cade. Don’t really have no other person on the team to help carry the load. He needs another floor general out there. Honestly I thought yall should’ve went after Murray. Pels didn’t even give up a lot for him.

Cade was definitely the defacto PG but was at his best/offense rolled smoother when he was not/played as the secondary ball handler off ball. I'm not even going to get into all of that again with Hayes and etc since its null at this point. I agree Murray would have definitely been a good pick up, an actual PG, good enough scorer, great defense and can run a team efficiently.

Booker and Tatum are primary ball handlers. They just play on teams with multiple primary ball handlers. Cade is the only one the pistons.
