The official site usually gets the results fast, its been three hours and they're still pending. I'm guessing multiple winners, saw NC too, and they're verifying or an error. It's weird that South Dakota's site had the jackpot raising to 1.7 billion but then took it down and Deleware's site says 1.7 billion now.

I'd feel better if the winners had to split it three ways
