They should make book 2 like the wire.. No main character just a bunch of characters and we'll see who ends up on top. I don't want to watch Tariq only.

MJB is the main character of Book 2 not Tariq.

Truth's camera footage would also show Tommy in the club.

Ghost was closing Truth down so the cameras might've been down when he died

I don’t think Tariq was killer, but more so the person that Tommy and Ghost saw running away.

I think Tasha killed Ghost and Tariq came late and seen what happened. Like why would the killer still be there.. Only thing I can think that makes sense.

its just as plausible that in seeing tariq he would be less likely to shoot him (due to that soft spot he has) or at least yell out his name or some sht

he already knows tariq wants to kill ghost, so that really sshould not surprise him. he literally was talking to tariq about it hours prior

to me it is 75% Tariq or 25% Ramona on some non-sensical curveball shyt. However, Ramona does seem to be jocking Ghost heavy. But Girls do crazy shyt especially when you lie to them.

Too many in this thread caught up thinking Tommy didn't shoot who it was because he recognized them...Yes he was surprised but he was also clearly fully prepared to pull that trigger till Ghost told him not to...

You can safely rule out Tasha after this episode because ain't no way Tommy was going to let her get away with offing Kesha and Ghost...Plus she wouldn't risk letting him point a gun at her again...

I'm also not sold on Riq pulling the trigger...How could Tommy be surprised by Riq after son begged him to off ghost like two hours before that? Yes this is Power, the show makes no sense at all on a street level and routinely does asinine shyt like Paz in the previous episode getting passed Truth security with a gun in her bag after the place was robbed last season...but this Riq shyt would be beyond stupid...

I think Riq is involved from a setup standpoint but he did not pull the trigger...I'm still leaning towards Ramona, Riq probably told her who his father really is before he bounced from Truth, that explains the Paz scene in the restroom from the previous episode...

A minor detail we all forgot to pick up on is who called the cops?? If Ghost is in the club alone and someone killed him they wouldn't have found his body until the next day or whenever the club is supposed to open back up. So this was definitely orchestrated. Unless the person who walked back in was coming to get rid of the body.

No I watched it again because episode 1 is titled "not exactly how we planned" and the final episode is "exactly how we planned" with the same writer/director so I wanted to see if there would be any give aways..

Basically it all started in truth where Angela showed up and it was the beginning of the end for him and Tasha.. Tommy and Ghost kill someone at Truth in that episode

Why would Tasha not shoot the man that put a gun to her head and had her begging for her life?
