I've seen people bringing up some of the GOATS of this shyt like The Wire and Breaking Bad, and I ain't even entertaining that.

If someone can't tell the difference in quality between Power's writing and those shows they don't even need to be debated with.

Season 2 and season 5 of the wire were trash.. So 40% of the show was absolutely garbage..

Nah breh, it was never Wire level. The falloff Power took just has you overrating the first few seasons in retrospect.

I was kinda hoping for that. But this show has characters that you know they just won't kill yet. Dre being one of them, sadly.

I dont think so...Saxe and Blanca make it a point to be annoying as fukk by trying to press everyone into a slip up. It never worked on Ghost/Tasha/Tariq/Angela/Tommy/Proctor/Dre (when its not his best play), but they knew LaLa was the weak link and if they could get her alone, they could break her.

They literally just press from all sides and hope to intimidate and its literally worked on like 2 people: Keisha and Proctor's wife

If anything, its a small demonstration on what they'll try depending on whether you know your rights or not

Tommy did fall for Saxe's bullshyt, which is why he got mad and killed Angela

set da foundation for season 3 4 and 5.
it was slow at times, but it was needed
ppl were just expecting another season 1, and you got that and more with season 3.

but they needed season 2 to build a story, if not, the wire woulda been like any other bang bang show that lived episode to episode..

The only blood there was Raynas, but the show writers had to make it clear "MALE"

The blood drop could have came from Ghost when he broke into Ray Rays building. I think he used his elbow to bust out the glass so he could let himself into the building and stop Tariq... I could be wrong, but that's how I remember it.

Secondly, everyone needs to stop comparing this show to Breaking Bad and The Wire. The worst actors on the them two shows are 10x times better than the lead actors on Power. I cringe every time LaLa has more than 2 speaking lines... she's not even believable on screen

I agree 100%! I really hope Ghost survives all of this(he wont) but dumbass Kemp wants us to believe that he is the bad guy. Like you said he is literally the only redeemable character in this mess of a story.

Ghost ain't redeemable. He's a POS like the rest of them, he's just the only one with charisma. He manipulates everyone, then has a tantrum and kills people.

LOL so those spoilers I read were bullshyt.

So Tasha caught her first body which ended up being her day one. Tasha is the worse "friend" in the world and Keisha should have stopped fukking with her when they started laundering money through the salon seasons back without her knowing. Keisha was loyal to this bytch from day one.

Saying that though, Keisha had ample opportunity to leave everybody behind which she should have done a looooong time ago. Plus, when it suits her, she's miss Trap Queen going into warehouses and throwing crazy accusations and threatening to get Tommy on them instead of staying in her lane.
