And Jack is a much better ranger and character than tj.

:what:. Not even remotely close.

TJ led his team to keep fighting after they got their ass beat by Divatox, kept the team together when Andros couldn't keep a level head, and came up with a plan to defeat the Psycho rangers.

Jack repeatedly abused his position as soon as he got it, treated multiple characters like shyt, was lazy as fukk, and left his team high and dry to go chase a white bytch.

Saying Jack is a better character than anybody, much less TJ, is the most absurd thing I've read about any movie, TV show, game or comic book ever. You should be negged into a Bolivian for that bullshyt. :camby:

jack left his team after taking out two of the biggest crime factions of his time as well as the A ranger team that went rogue whos shadow they were always under. then let his second in command be leader like he always wanted. tj and his team got banged on, and instead of rallying his team, he fled to space, where he would end up being second banana because he couldnt hack being team leader. jack may have have been reckless, but when it came down to it he was always ready to go. tj will always be known as tommys second and the in space blue ranger

All of this is wrong.

TJ didn't flee. He very specifically says, "We have to stop Divatox before she comes back." And he was willing to do it without powers. And I don't know where you got that TJ was second banana or 'couldn't hack' being leader. Andros knew more about Space, but he was nowhere near capable of leading with a clear head. TJ was the one who calmed Ashley and Cassie down when they were arguing, and TJ was the one who told Andros not to let Astronema on the ship unrestrained.

Jack's lazy ass was willing to sit back and let Kruger do all the work as soon as he got the Shadow Ranger powers. Kruger had to sit back and let the whole team get their asses beat so that they'd stop fukking around. Not to mention he didn't even have his communicator on him when he was at the beach with that white bytch. And when all Kruger asked was for him to keep his communicator nearby, Jack threw a temper tantrum. So, no, he was not 'always ready to go.'

knowing more about space doesnt mean someone is meant to be leader. if he really wanted to be leader he would have fought for the spot. he was comfortable being player two because the pressure of being leader was off his shoulders especially after being sidelined by divatox. and he slid into his role well

as for jack, did he rest on his laurels for an episode? sure, but lets not pretend this was some overarching story where he was doing nothing but letting doggie fight for him.

What did he need to 'fight' for? Andros was nowhere near level headed enough to truly lead the team. And there were multiple points in the season where it was clear that if he gave an order, the others, including Andros, followed.

Well, let's see:

Episode 3: Jack forces the rest of the team to go through intense training while he sits in his quarters and reads comics books.

Episode 13: Jack and the rest of the team let Shadow Ranger fight their battles while they kick back.

Episode 37: Jack doesn't have his communicator on him when he gets an emergency call; throws a temper tantrum when called out on it.

Was that every episode? Of course not, but that's three times at three points in the season. To say nothing of the other fukkery he did (falsifying a police report to make himself look good, letting criminals get away because he was bickering with his team, etc.)

who was the leader of team space? all teams listen to each other. he wasnt special at all in that regard. and you may feel he wasnt level headed to lead the team, but he was still the defined leader. even to the other rangers, there was no question who was leading, even at andros most temperamental moments

as for jack and his squad, show me one team that didnt bicker with each other on the field. becoming a cop from being a street urchin took some learning, but he eventually molded into his role, which is why he had to quit to find something new. even with those actions, hes a better red and more interesting that tj. hes one of the few that knew when to walk away and werent forced to

Andros was a lone wolf who took on the team. TJ was the one who had to step up when he was running around brooding and making emotional decisions. TJ definitely was not some, 'Gee, I'm such a bad leader, so I'll fall back and let Andros do all the work," that you tried to paint him as.

No. No team bickered nearly as much as SPD did, with the exception of maybe Mystic Force or Overdrive, but that's another issue. The entire SPD team argued every few episodes. They had the same 'Jack and Sky learn to trust each other episode' at least four times.

The bolded is a contradiction, and also wrong. Jack would step up for a minute, then go right back to being lazy and self-serving. Kruger even called him out on that too.

hes a better red and more interesting that tj.

Nah. You're on your own with that one.
