I once had a 'Garbage Plate' at some spot either in Rochester or Bufallo, NY.

Its basically a mish mash of everything they have, and slathered in oil..actually remember seeing the obese cac chef drinking cooking oil out back

We invented the "garbage plate" decades before poutine was spunoff

you can order it with hot dogs, burger, fish, steak etc
throw two sides together.....beans, fries, cole slaw, macaroni salad etc
then you top it off with diced meat sauce mixed with hot sauce

yall wouldnt understand unless you were in 32 degree weather for 6 months straight

I was eating poutine on a weekly basis when I was living in Canada. I never had the desire to eat in the States, I stumbled on it once at some random restaurant in Miami, tried it and it tasted like shyt.

When this pandemic is over, I’ll go back home and enjoy myself some real poutine
