I've never had this before but it looks good and enticing, I would try it if I knew a place that makes it.

I've learned that a lot of coli nikkas eat in a box and refuse to step out of their comfort zone to try new things such as food, in this case, this ain't no different than two of my favorite types of fries, Loaded Fries and Carne Asada fries for example.

Can someone explain the difference between poutine and cheese fries/loaded fries?

Loaded fries are like the extended version of cheese fries but with bacon, jalapenos, and cheese sauce of course. Jalapenos are sometimes optional but it gives the fries a bit of heat to combat the cheesiness.

Cheese fries are just fries covered in cheese sauce. Now taste-wise the sauce isn't like nacho cheese but something like the cheese dip you'd get from a jar of Tostitos or a block of Velveeta heated up on the stovetop or in the microwave.

Had this meal except the Mac n cheese. Jerk Chicken Poutine look nasty but damn it was fire. They also had some special sauce with the Plantain

Fries with gravy....ain't that like fried mashed potatoes with gravy?

Get some good brown gravy made by Big Mama and throw some jalapenos and pepper jack cheese on them shyts......you can make that work.
