yea, if republicans were smart the field is trump, desantis, and one or two other candidates like christie, whose sole purpose is to attack trump and call him a fukkin loser
someone needs to tell pence, pompeo and nimrata to sit their asses down

I assumed Christie was jumping in to try and do to Trump what he did to Rubio.
Problem is that Trump has weird "dumpy white racist" charisma that has his base in thrall, and Rubio is obviously a punk bytch who nobody would actually ever like or respect, so I don't know if that's going to work.
It's just going to make Trump voters even more resolute to vote for Trump, and more likely to believe Trump when he claims that the GOP is a bunch of fake conservatives who are trying to silence him.
There are no good choices. Well, except maybe for this:
