Take away Donald's rants, and the only thing GOP can talk about at the moment is "Woke Politics". Wrong side on Abortion, Healthcare, Guns, Social Programs (Social Sec. Medicaid, Etc.). They tried to engineer a Recession and it's not happening. All they have right now is attacks on LGBTQ+, which doesn't resonate with voters as they have nothing to fight with.

They are losing Gen Z and Gen Alpha daily with their bullshyt and by the time they realize it, it's going to be way too late.
They already realize it, but the base is too crazy to turn the ship.
For instance, sane Republicans know that Trump can never win another general election (without cheating, or some other extraordinary event). Believe it or not, being indicted and facing future criminal charges doesn't attract true Independent/Swing Voters. It reminds them of the very chaos that they hate about him.
But the base still loves Trump and candidates like him who can win primaries but will never be palatable for the general public.

If they win an election: that's a mandate so double down and move to the right
If they lose an election: they didn't stand firmly enough on principle so double down and move to the right
Let's just cut out the fluff and have them demand the end of true one man one vote democracy
