Pretty much. He runs his mouth and goes into diatribes with these idiotic cliches that he ends up getting in trouble pissing people off. He was wrong for saying that shyt knowing D Wade was married. Dan is a habitual line crosser and an awkward as fukk. He still talking about this shyt.

Exactly... That month Dan was gone was great.In late July, Wake N Take became my favorite part of the show. Just an hour of random fukkery. Now when they do it, Dan kinda kills it for me. Either go all in on Wake N Take or just do a regular local hour.
Really? Dan's my favorite on the show because he's willing to talk about the issues behind the sports. He's willing to bring up the controversial topics instead of just discussing a basic monday night football game.
The thing with Dan is that he hates seeing others happy having a good time. Stu had a good thing going on with Wake N Take the month without Dan. It grew legs organically and involved the entire shipping container contributing. It was pretty much the show that Stu wants to do and Dan figured the show would fail without him but Stu found his pocket and it started getting big. Arash was immediately a staple, and even the intro started becoming funny in an irritating way. The whole concept is hilarious where he let the people create the topics. The whole sandwich debate went on for weeks and was even discussed on other shows bc of Wake N Take.
But thats what makes it funny to me. That's what makes it all funny to me. That's Dan's shtick. That's the shtick of the show. Dan is supposed to come in and "ruin" the hacky sports hottakes segments of Stugotz. That's the ying and the yang. The show would suck without Stugotz and his desperation for running a hacky sports radio show, and the show would equally suck if Dan wasn't there to disrupt it and poo poo on the parade and try to run his own version of a Outside The Lines-esque "all about the issues" radio show. Everyone on the show plays their part marvelously. The show would suck without anyone of them. With Dan gone the show would literally become mike and mike and everything we hate. And without Stu, the show would become Outside The Lines. The battle for the direction of the show between Dan, Stu, Mike and crew is what makes the show.
I hear you but Wake N Take kind of switched the whole dynamic. No one took it seriously at first until people were enjoying it and it worked without Dan so the whole it not working without Dan narrative was thrown out the window. We'll see next year though when those contracts are up where they land.
