Schur isn't a finance guy but he should've pointed out how Billionaires like Micky take out low-interest loans against their assets.
That's basically how they're able to get away with not selling their asset, not pay taxes, but still extract profits from them.
That would've deaded David's whole argument that Micky isn't enriching himself by owning the Heat.

That was a wild claim and I'm one of the few people that likes Samson because he doesn't try to hide his knowledge of the scummy world known as finance. But to say he's losing a lot of money on essentially a hobby is patently ridiculous. The amount of money he "loses" on the Heat is fairly minimal considering his value.fukkin sociopath
