It amazes me how people were more "intrigued" and being slaves to the state by state account of the electoral map AS it was being tallied as opposed to know coming in states meant more and the election being in the bag months ago based on Romney not being able to pull the states needed to win.

You had people like "Its 140 to 153 for Romney!!!"

Though I 100% overestimated the capability of Paul Ryan. Dude was so out of his league. That entire campaign was out of their league. Biden rocked the show though. We gotta give credit where credit is due. Biden helped rally the emotions and the debates got us back in a frenzy.

SMH @ anyone thinking Obama wasn't gonna be a 2 term president when he got elected on 2008. I'm not saying it was gonna be automatic, I'm saying people were sadly mistaken if they thought Obama was content to cruise into a second term. As if he has no grasp on the historical significance of his presidency in America.

Yeah if you study presidential history for the past century or so, nobody with his scale of accomplishments whether you agree with them or not (benchmark legislation on the economy, banking system, healthcare, energy, education, foreign policy) has ever not gotten re-elected. It was clear to see he would get re-elected off the strength of what he got done his first year in office.
