Though healthcare is beginning to be less efficient as more and more medicine are not reimbursed anymore. But yeah I can pretty much go see doctors and then get my prescription for free
Get a dual band (preferably Wireless AC) router. Make sure whatever is receiving your Wifi can handle it as well. Then you gotta have it centrally located in the home.

I have a dual band router already. Says it can go up to 300mbps over wifi, it's wireless N though, not AC. So basically I should be able to get the same speeds

From what I got in the US, you have to get with the provider who own the city you live in or something like that ?
In France, we have multiple providers on the whole nation and in some cities, you can have the choice between up to maybe 7 different ones. Prices were around 60 bucks a decade ago for limited internet but a new provider came and crushed the buildings with an offer of 30 bucks for unlimited triple play (net, tv, telephone) and every other provider had to get on that wave
Basically we were being raped until real competition came. That's what you need in the US maybe.
