First time I ever tried it getting through 1 minute was tough. Then I was able to get to 1.5 minutes and reached the goal of 2 minutes and just did that 3 times. One day said f it let me see how long I can go I went 6 minutes and felt I could do more but didn't want to spend all day at the gym. Haven't tried to max out since then because I'm always in a rush at the gym.
