I do this as a meal replacement because I need to lose weight and i'm a lazy fukk which it comes to cooking and shyt. :manny:

I call it the greenie..

- one blender
- big ass handful of organic spinach
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 of a lemon (keep in freezer)
- 1/2 of a green apple (keep in freezer cut up into 4 pieces)
- some honey
- some green tea (diet)

rise of spinach and throw in blender
squeeze lime juice on it
throw in lemon
pour honey on it (I don't know the amount :manny: I guestimate) I put just enough to where the drink is barely sweat)
throw in two pieces of apple
pour in the green tea (guestimate on this again. I pour in just enough to where the drink is liquid like and not think until you're almost done.

edit: I also add a small amount of tasteless protein powder.

1 tsp of almond of vanilla extract
1 tsp (or more) or raw organic honey
1 big handful of spinach

Sometimes I add a banana or carrots but that's the base.

1 tbsp chia seeds (obv optional)
1 tbsp flaxseed

a little vanilla extract

man you guys need to relax with all the fruits. People don't realize how much sugar are in these "natural" foods. If you're wondering why you cant get a 6 pack, re-evaluate your fruit intake.

Cold/Flu/Sinus KNOCKER.

1-2 cups of organic lemonade (or water, and just squeeze a lemon)

Load up on Kale

2-3 inches of shredded Ginger (the more Ginger the better, although I understand some ppl don't like it/can't handle)

1 Tablespoon of Honey (Wildflower honey is my choice)


Drink, watch that mucous just evaporate.
