Today i cheated and ate poorly but i needed it.

1 angus steak egg and chhese on a bagel from dunkin donuts with coffee
1 greek yogurt
1 huge piece of cake
1 large bowl of fudge ice cream
whey protein and water
2 huge scoops of peanut butter
Large pizza with all toppings i just killed

Im done eating im maxed out. I can see my top 4 abs and am close to ending my cut but sometimes u need a refeed

A lb of strawberries. (It's only like 150 calories!! :smh:)
natty peanut butter (1.5 tbsp throughout the day)
1/3 cup oatmeal (Pre-cooked measurement obviously)
(2) 3 oz chicken breast
about a cup of veggies
Two rice cakes (With the aforementioned pb lol)
protein shake
8oz soymilk
and two teas. (With a splash, probably around 1 oz soy)

1.5 cups of oatmeal w 1 splenda
1 banana
lg iced coffee, milk and 1 splenda

1x men's health gummy vitamin
2 egg omelette, with some diced onions, on top of a few handfuls of spinach
glass of optimum nutrition whey + skim milk

cup of green tea, handful of roasted peanuts

lunch'll be some lentils microwaved on a plate, water, sliced turkey in a wheat wrap with mixed greens

baby carrots

then idk what for dinner yet

Lunchtime workout:
Just got back from the gym. Did a quarter-mile walk/jog mix on an indoor track, half mile elliptical, high incline walk, low incline jog treadmill (half mile total) :lift:

I'm not hungry yet (thanks to the ACV...see above), but in the next 30 mins, I'll have 2 packs of maple & brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon scoop of protein powder.

Analyze this. I'm looking into losing weight, but not at a determined rate.

I may be wrong, but I believe the pills absorb more than chewable Care Bear gummie worm vitamins. :beli:
