Lunchtime workout:
Just got back from the gym. Did a quarter-mile walk/jog mix on an indoor track, half mile elliptical, high incline walk, low incline jog treadmill (half mile total)
I'm not hungry yet (thanks to the ACV...see above), but in the next 30 mins, I'll have 2 packs of maple & brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon scoop of protein powder.
Analyze this. I'm looking into losing weight, but not at a determined rate.
