The entertainment/electricity of that match would be absolutely incredible.

Yeah I'd be okay with that. Just give him a Flair-level retirement celebration and I think everybody would be happy. That would be better TV than another of his multiple-false-finish matches.

Maybe it's just more tolerable if other people take their turns with it.

And at least the other wrestlers have normal matches throughout the year. Taker appears once a year and has that one match.

But I cannot see Punk going over Taker at WM.

However that just creates an entire list of issues. Primarily Taker is not an active wrestler so he would probably just end up dropping the title the next month at Extreme Rules. Probably to Punk. And that is just dumb.

He'd probably call it a career or something, forcing the E to put the title up and rebooting King of the Ring.

WWE Champion CM Punk was the Grand Marshal for the McDonald's Thanksgiving Parade this morning in Chicago. Punk tweeted:

"Honor and a pleasure to be Grand Marshall in the #WGN parade. Love this city. Thanks to everybody who came out!"

CM Punk spoke to WGN during the parade and said that Thanksgiving is his second favorite holiday (behind Halloween) because he loves to eat.

When asked about his upcoming match with the Rock at the Royal Rumble, Punk said he's going to hurt The Rock and send Mr. Movie Star back to Hollywood.

CM Punk had the WWE Championship with him at the parade and paid homage to the classic 1980's movie Ferris Beuller's Day Off by wearing a white t-shirt with a leopard-print vest, the same outfit Beuller wore when he attended a parade in Chicago in the movie.
