Reflective of materialism culture rampant at Howard U and just society instagram . I have never attended the school but lived 5 minutes from there for 3 years. Howard is known for dressing up and looking fly and fresh for every class yet the school is in financial trouble. There is saying that Howard female students show up to class in heels all the time (i know it's an exaggeration but it's done to just show the culture of the school). Great grad schools though

I don’t know how stupid you have to be to award yourself almost a half million dollars in grant money and expect not to raise any red flags. If the President knew and did not inform the University during a time of financial crisis, his time has come.
If this was a few rogue employees stealing a few grand, by all means fire them and keep it pushing. But when you’re blaming the lack of funding on students not paying tuition when you know there are millions being stolen from the students themselves, it speaks to a high level of dishonesty and, more than likely, some kickbacks going on at the executive level of leadership.
And mufukkaz get mad that Shannon Sharpe openly says he does not give back to Savannah State because of shyt like this.
This is sad man. Even the pres was in on it and he gave dude up.

Problem is the PWIs can afford to get away with it with their endowments and alumni giving. A lot of HBCUs are already hurting because of a lack of alumni giving and this kinda shyt doesn't help. The ENTIRE office needs to be thrown in the bushes. shyt is infuriating and completely unnacceptable.
Columbia has a 10 BILLION DOLLAR endowment.
