There are like 200+ universities being monitored by the federal government in a similar way. It’s only noteworthy because: (1) Howard is the preeminent HBCU, and (2) the viral speculation about what was going on 4 years ago (that was 95% incorrect).

I'll never agree w point #1. The Pirate in me won't allow it. I do agree that there are a numvetr of schools under similar scrutiny
