Lyft is a billion dollar company, give people company vehicles and pay them hourly, realistically the ppl who work these kind of jobs are desperate for bread.

You're right but they could make restrictions idk, there's ways around it. Let's be real, no one is working a rideshare for 2-4hr and making bank. If you're not at least putting in 8hrs, you're wasting your time.

When I was a tech the company (worth multimillions) had me driving my own car, when it broke down they said "rent one" and kind of bushed me.

Some sites were in towns outside my city with a 2hr commute and expected me to work 50+ hr weeks. I remember spending at least $100 a week on gas...just during work hours.
