Anything that externalizes your attention (porn, phone...shyt any kinda screens, people ect.) can desenstize you to your body, to your thought process, to your experience as a whole.

If you're going to watch and masturbate to porn, do it mindfully. Keep your attention in/on your body, not the screen or even the actual woman you fukking and it flips the whole script.

Thing is you don’t realize it until it’s late

I realized it a while ago that the few times i would get ED had less to do with me and more to do with how much i actually like or am attracted to a girl

Especially with age, sexual attraction is a lot more mental than it is physical. You may want to have sex because it’s been a while and she looks decent enough for example but if there is no actual chemistry, build up or genuine attraction to the girl then it may be harder to get up and stay up. Thats been my honest experience. The dikk and mind have two brains of their own - like the Seinfeld episode illustrated. You mind might say yes but your body may say nah not to tonight

And this could be the case while doing a one month no fap or after already busting a nut through porn that day
