I can tell some of yall never worked in a fast food environment before
When theres a rush any space is turned into a work station
When I worked at shake shack I used to make sandwiches on the fridge during rush hours
this is true. doesnt make it right but its true. they couldnt do this on inspection day tho.

while you're foods cooking.. clean your work station.. takes all of 2 minutes(max), to wipe sh!t down.. and, make room for whatever you need.. most restaurants have a prep area.. im sure she couldve used that as well..

There ain’t no excuse for preparing food on a gotdamn trash can.
They need to shut that location down and do a thorough inspection.
Aint no telling what other type of trifling shyt they’re doing if they’re bold enough to do that in the open.
