XMen really got some of the most evil for no reason ass villains

Fighting demons and gods and shyt that just want to torture mankind. At least Red Skull has politics, Dr. Doom and Green Goblin have egos and want revenge

The eldritch Nth dimensional timewarping abominations the X-Men go up against just want to end shyt because they bored and accidentally transplanted to modern Earth

That book where he ripped the adamantium out of Wolverine was and still is one of THE most savage acts I seen in superhero comics.

Jean being distraught while telekinetically holding Wolverine together, then Prof X becoming so enraged that he turned Magneto into a mindless vegetable....it was nuts.

As far as pure evil goes... Sabretooth might be on top...

Look, Apoc, Sinister, Nova, etc... they have all done some evil ass things, but their motivations and rationale behind there actions are usually based in Power, Ego and their warped moralities and POVs. Sabretooth on the otherhand is COMPLETELY aware of how evil and ruthless he is and does not care. In fact, he REVELS in it, he likes to not only kill his female victims but rape them right before he kills them. He knows he's a complete scumbag and is ok with it, his level of evil is hard to top.
