allow more physicality, get rid of the charge, eliminate the corner 3, techs count as regular fouls and players asking for reviews that they get wrong result in a foul called against them

No. Just stop letting offensive players create fouls with contact (which the league is implementing next season) and let defensive players hand check in the regular season instead of just in the playoffs. Nobody wants the lane cloggged up like FIBA, any yall bugging if you want that shyt in the NBA.

Some of them, yes.

I like that superstar calls and foul baiting aren’t as incentivized, I like the reduced number of timeouts, I like that intentional fouls to stop fastbreaks aren’t allowed, I like that when there’s a shot clock violation they let the opposing team have a chance to recover the ball instead of immediately blowing the whistle, etc.

On the other, I don’t really care for the goaltending rules, shorter 3-pt line, 5 fouls, technicals counting as fouls, the possession arrow, etc.

Both have their pros and cons
This sums up my feelings on it. I also like that they allow more physicality in the post from offensive players. Really wish they adopted that in the NBA. Rudy Gobert looked like a whole different monster due to being able to just back his man under the basket and turn around and dunk on em. In the NBA the defender would just flop on the first contact and it would be an offensive foul.

I think it would create a lot more varied offenses as well as open up the perimeter more too as teams would be less hesitant to switch pick and rolls which could open things up for the ballhandler.

That would negatively affect slower footed lesser athletic players like Luka and Jokic.

These NBA rules allow the Euro skill set to flourish instead of getting clamped down.

Luka was putting up 48 points with the FIBA refs dumbass. :mjlol:

Carried a trash Slovenia team to the medal rounds you dummy.

Short answer: Yes
But only if the current crop Refs can enforce the rules with integrity & be unbiased.

Apart some rules brehs have already covered, what I really noticed is how FIBA games "flow" more easily. Less stoppages in game, less checking the video, the last 2 minutes don't last 20 minutes, less talk, etc. Less complaining too (except Slovenia :mjlol::francis:) It's crazy how a 48min NBA game ends up lasting like 2 hours and a half sometimes lmao
