Reparations without a fundamental change in the system would just be one time payment that would get filtered out of the hands of a good number of the recipients. My answer would have been "Other" but I'm limited to your poll's questions.
Worst of all, once reparations are paid you give ammunition to the establishment to continually oppress and subjugate you. It'll be "Hey, we gave you your reparations, I don't want to hear anymore talk about XYZ".
It's the system that needs to change, reparations isn't enough.
