Expect more of this to come in the coming years. The United States Domestic Army doesn't police anymore. They are trained to kill what they perceive as "Animals" instead of protecting citizens. They are mostly uneducated and are driven crazy by psycho suggestive training to attack people who look different from them. They can't turn their training off and shyt like this happens. Militarize your police force and expect this more and more.

In a perfect world, this never would have happened. In a decent world, the cops would be arrested, charged, tried, and sentenced to death. In the real world, they'll probably get away with a slap on the wrist.

In context of what the lawyer said (biased) and witnesses, the dead man was not committing a crime, resisting arrest, didn't have a weapon of any form and was not a threat. They pepper sprayed the man, and about 5 of them are putting an insane amount of force/pressure on his head and chest. They never once check if the man is responsive, even after realizing he was completely limp. Matter of fact, they prop him up like a doll. Not pulse taken, no CPR. The man was clinging to life.

It was a death that could have easily been avoided, even if they felt it justified to arrest him. Another case of untrained, scared bullies taking the opportunity to exercise their power.
