I see it both ways. For one, some mexicans are racist. Not a blanket statement, but its something that I have come across when I lived in Oklahoma. Secondly, I personally looked at mexicans (and latinos) as "brothers of the struggle". Sorry to say, they did not see it the same way. So I can see why dman states what he did (though it isnt right).
On the otherhand, thats divide and conquer. They can defeat groups on their own, but when everyone is united, they cannot. Which is why they use divide and conquer.
