What are those? And do you need to walk to open them?

as you level up you get them. they give you 30 minutes of double xp. and evolving gives you a lot of xp. i just went from level 15 to halfway to level 17

theres no point in wasting stardust or whatever to evolve your low level pokemon ,cus you'll most definitely find higher levels as you progress. `

just catch as many ratatas and pidgeys as you can even if they aint shyt. doesn't take much candy to evolve them bytches and they giving you that XP.
