Have you ever considered that black people just prefer this 'negative' music?

Major labels been stopped pushing gangsta rap. It's 2015, labels ain't making no one hot, the general public is.

Let a nikka try me Imma kill his whole family
caught a body like a week ago
i got baking soda i got baking soda!

Those are some of the biggest songs in the last few months, all from independent artists, all blown up by black ppl from obscurity.

They weren't "blown up by Black People". As much as I love Shmurda, don't believe the hype.

True, all of those records blew up without the help of the machine (for the most part). But don't get it twisted.

People weren't jumping up for joy over "Hot nikka". He was just in your face and in your ear all of the time so you got used to it

Free Shmurda and the Clic tho. I think it's just Rowdy Rebel but I'm not sure

No it wouldn't. Did "Happy" flop on black radio? No...

Did R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly" flop? No...

Positive records can sell if marketed properly. The white supremacists who work for urban radio (because we don't control urban radio...some jew does) decide what the black community listens to.
Ok so mention another white record that was a hit on urban last year

Ok so mention another 80s or early 90s song

Once again phonzi spitting facts..
I started to realize rappers and entertainers in general were deliberately dumbing themselves and audience down since I found out that prodigy from mob deeps great great grandfather founded Morehouse college. That's generational wealth and i strongly doubt dunny was forced to live the street shyt he's always glorified

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prodigy_(rapper)

Albert Johnson (born November 2, 1974), better known by his stage name Prodigy, is an American rapper and one half of the Hip-hop duo Mobb Deepwith Havoc. He is the great-great-grandson of the founder of Morehouse College.

Starting to make me wonder about this Boule shyt again.

Fool. Black Twitter isn't the world. I know nikkaz who've never even used Twitter, let alone Vine

Point being, nikkaz heard the song ONLY becuz of Radio and young nikkaz singin it.

It wasn't something that every Black Person heard and just gravitated to. shyt's forced down our throats like every new Beyonce song that comes out

I'll be honest (as if I weren't already). If you don't agree with Bruh then you need to look in the mirror and do some Soul Searchin

Threads like this are reminders to me that 70% of the posters here are not black. Of course "others" could care less about music that celebrates the destruction of the black community
