You don't get 20-40 in the paint in the NBA, he'll be going against better athletes that know he can't shoot and they will play off him as a result.
He needs to go to the right team to be successful, it's not so much that he can't shoot that he's completely unwilling to take any shot from more than 13 feet from the hoop.

I don't know what it is, but there were times today he had a wide open three and just dribbled in when the defender gave some weak/soft close out playing him for the dribble. You'd think he'd let it fly at some point, Brandon Ingram was taking those "fukk it, I'm the man" type threes late in the game for Duke and while he missed a couple I'd much rather see that than a guy too afraid to pull the trigger.
His lack of a jumpshot isn't as concerning to me as his reluctance to take the shot.
