shyt is very rewarding when you finally get past some part that you couldn't past through before... I got my weight up and squared up with some armored knights and ate it's food
BUT..
Today of all days was not a good day to be playing this shyt.
The game is already hard and then The Order gets smashed critically..
Dropped the controller a couple of times today fighting this guy

Use a tower shield against him, and try to kill the dogs first.

I took care of him. I just had to take a chunk of his health down using fireballs and then I just took my time to block and strike him while he was vulnerable. Now I'm in the Depths

I left the game running for a while and suddenly my controller rumbled so quickly alt+tabbed back to it and saw I was dead and some random looking person was standing there. Who was that? I was at a bonfire so there were no enemies around.

You probably got invaded. If you're connected to the internet, people can jump in your game to kill the shyt out of you, if you don't summon them.
