I think it has to be next week before Saturday. Wanna know why? June 6th was the original date for a show that would show the PS5/PC FPS Quantam Error and it was postponed to June 13th. Now I can't imagine that show airing first and showing a multi-plat game first before other PS5 games.

Honestly, I don't think anyone gives a fukk about Quantum Error. They are more likely to show it before next weekend due to the close of TLOU2 imo and the increasing chance of leaks.
We've already had two games leaked (Bloodborne Remaster & Demon Soul's Remake), there will be more the longer they wait. They've kind of put themselves into a corner as the protests could go on all summer. They must be itching to do the event but the quicker they do it the bigger the PR hit...
I don't think there would be a PR hit at all if they do something this week.
It's kind of like when Barbie tweeted about the protests and george floyd. I understand that everybody is doing it, but who really looked around and said "I wonder how the barbie doll company feels about this shyt
"I don't think sony has a responsibility to be on the frontlines for the protests because they have nothing to do with it for the most part. Things like the NFL are different since it has a past of ignoring BLM and the black voice and is like 85% black players.

So we got Demons Souls remaster, Bloodborne for PC/PS5, Resident Evil 8 and Gran Turismo leaked/rumored so far.
As for a new date, I’m gonna take a shot in the dark and say the same day as TLOU2 since part one released the day after the PS4 reveal.

I'm guessing we'll get this later this week as the news cycle begins to move away from the protests, which seem to be abating a bit.
