Consoles aren't powerful enough. If they did make one that powerful then they would price themselves out of the market for casuals and even diehards that don't have that kind of money to readily spend on a luxury item

Not even a 2080 Ti can run most games at 144Hz, you also need a very fast cpu that is great at single threaded workloads.

Most TVs are still 60z, only high end TVs costing $1K or more have native 120hz panels.
