I don't care about his music and only really like his first album.
With that being said, there's this "revolving door" mindset kids growing up in the streaming era have where music is not necessarily disposable but something that needs to constantly be replenished. It’s kind of like how people view film- there’s always this expectation for new movies to come out because you’re not going to watch the same film 100 times in a year. But with music, it’s different. You’ll listen to the same album for years, and it doesn’t feel repetitive in the same way.
If an artist wants to never drop music again so be it. It shouldn't be an expectation for any more music to come out, what do you want them to do that they haven't? Why do you want them to do it? etc
