As someone who at one time was a part of this crowd, I will tell you that 98% of them are

Most of them are faux bohemian and use blackness as an accessory rather than identity. Unless you're a skinny jean wearing wannabe artist who is white, steer clear. Most of them are broke or are leeching off parents or sugar daddies.

This is from firsthand experience. I've been in the belly of the beast brah.

i never really fit in with the "scene"

she will be bored, approachable, and "stuck" there for a while
