:comeon: breh they need it to spread propaganda and that is easy to do with a weak country as your base of operations in a important region of the world.

Religion is very important to a lot of people and using religion to spread propaganda is very easy.

I see alot of propaganda from weak spots on the map around there. The prevailing propaganda though is coming from the middle east though last time I checked.:mjpls: Maybe the papers read different out there though. @Ahmad 89

The jewish aren't anybodies puppet play thing as far as the u.s is concerned. Even if the u.s is all up in afghanistans ass.

The only post industrial world is the West.

I wonder how big of an issue that is to billionaire oil sheikhs who reap the benefits all the same.

It's a smaller world than it appears to be, maybe.

They never been industrialized. They don't produce anything, except oil.

Even in a post industrial word, you still need to produce goods and to move them, by land or sea. And one of the way to be powerful is to control those roads.

i know we armed them to beat the soviets :scusthov: but i cant think what possible foreign policy strategy would include banning music and movies because they were 'haram' :mjlol:

:mjpls:And you wonder why the middle east hates America..."They hate us because of our freedoms" said George bytchfakkit Bush:bryan:

Afghanistan isn't in the middle east....

But fukk all forms of t3rrorism though. Especially the one that allows uniformed police officers to get away with murdering civilians.

Correct, in the sense that they didn't have to be the country with the industrial corporations and plants, at the time. They do however currently exist in the post industrial world along with the "west". Industrialization was a global movement, regardless if not every one country wanted it or was directly involved as a power or not. It's like you forget colonialism.

Let's not do the revisionist history thing or the worlds apart non-sense for the sake of long winded semantics. You're wrong anyway, about it just being oil. Drugs also come out of that part of the world, and guns.

Don't forget by air too. The importance of a few routes in the middle of a war zone plauged area is far out lived in modern technological times.

The volume of goods moving by air is extremely marginal. International trade is made on sea. But Afgh is important because it's a corridor going straight to China. China is busy right now building roads through Afghanistan...

What guns ? There are no guns over there.

Drugs ? Yeah, opium. So what ?

You're playing with words. Industrialization was a global movement. Yeah, by its implications, but it doesn't mean that every country on the planet was industrialized. Those billionaires you're talking about just sell oil and buy everything from industrialized countries (road, guns, schools...).

Ok then exactly. International is by sea. China is also building roads in africa. Guess how they trade goods with africa though? By sea and air. :snoop: legal and illegal. I don't have to play with words. I'm just giving facts. Completely disregard drugs. Ok. It was just a glaring flaw in your arguement. No big deal.

I guess you think those billionaires are just all kind, honest and good hearted folks. there are no guns there? Do some reading.

Man, I can't see your point.

We won't understand each other.

Let's move on.
