This is probably the most excited I've been for summer league since Gallo...

Now I get you, those bits succeeding would mean more than 30 wins and at least a shot at the playoffs. I feel you on that for sure. I think if the improvement is enough for us to be even close to the playoffs though, it'll be enough to sell FA's on mainly because it'd mean our signings (mainly guys who don't put up gaudy stats) excelled and we could use that along with the young core as selling points. Basically, "we're competing to make the playoffs now with Melo and our young guys are developing fast, plus you can see how the system inflated our veterans' numbers. It can do that for you too."

All are penciled in the playoffs barring catastrophic injury. Knicks are going to have to beat out the Celts/Pacers/Pistons for that 8th seed. I don't see it

I Believe the Pistons will be good. I dont quite see you guys beating them out but it's very possible. Dont sleep on the Pacers either. Their rookie looked pretty good in Summer League thus far. Dude was out there looking like a black Dirk in the post and on the wing

The east is definitely getting better but after the Bulls, Cavs and wizards I don't see any other team running away with a playoff spot. The heat look good on a paper but I don't think they're a definite in.

With the way Noah's been limping, Heat should be better than the Bulls baring injury.The Wizards and Hawks will be tough.

Im not really counting on it since i never trust rookies but If Winslow gives us anything this year... watch out! And dont sleep on the Richardson kid we drafted either.
