nah it doesn't a cop "SHOULD" be trained to disarm a person or disperse a crowd of kids without resorting to deadly force. However it looks like to me these are random people they running up on not cops and not everyones mindset is the same. People react differently, you can't control how someone will react.Yes people shouldn't go to that immediate extreme in shooting someone that hit you but if they do it is what it is. You have no reason to be messing with random people you don't know especially if your in an open/concealed carry state that's like your asking for a death wish.
