What authority does the UN Drugs and Crime czar have on having a say on what kept the banking system in tact in 08?
You're not talking about the same thing as I am. Keep you're thoughts coherent, friend. So you being foolish then....I'm asking a legitimate question..do you not realize what an embarrassment Syria has been for Washington ? or that Drug Profits are SOLEY meant to prop up the US Corporation that is and has been bankrupt for the last 80 years ?
We are done with colonies and puppet leaders. Now we do proximocracies and Duterte is not with the shyts.
He's gonna be met with some harsh realities and stiff options fukking with ChinaWe are done with colonies and puppet leaders. Now we do proximocracies and Duterte is not with the shyts.
The only harsh reality is that the US is no longer the only big dog at the tableHe's gonna be met with some harsh realities and stiff options fukking with China

It completely slipped my mind that theres 97m filipinosIf i were China i'd tread very carefully around Duterte - he's clearly unhinged, says one thing to one person, another thing to another person and insults left and right. You can never be sure that he means what he means and will uphold what you sign.
But on the other hand this opportunity can not be ignored though it shouldnt be grabbed enthusiastically either. Whoever follows Duterte in 6 years is not going to be a big fan of him or the things he signed in the past so China would need to keep future relations in mind. Slightly increasing trade and development and freezing the island conflict with PH should not be that hard and is easy for Duterte to sell locally as a success securing his political position domestically and showing to the sceptical population that China can be reasoned with and traded with.
China should not go all in on Duterte and ask for the islands or military bases or whatever - the successor wont like that and throw away any treaty, instead by playing carefully China can show to the neighbors and the future PH leadership that they mean business without apearing greedy.
There's enough opportunities for both sides to profit if they play it smart enough. If.
