Yep, that's why I keep hearing these crazy theories. I remember seeing weird comments on his IG.And according to 1 of my homies from Philly, apparently the area Kelly was in is known for having a high population of mooks.

Alot of people theorizing that this was a lover's quarrel, and Oubre is not being forthright about what actually happened
