Yes. It's very common.

Back when I worked in Center City, an upscale young brother who was an attorney was killed on his lunchbreak by someone on a BICYCLE. Very sad.

But yes...nikkas WILL hit you in Philly, don't walk off the curb like it's sweet.

My cousin was hit by a car in Philly like 3 or 4 yrs ago walking down her block minding her own business. She's OK now but was in alot of pain for several months afterwards. I think the driver stopped.

My oldest brother was hit while driving and the punk ass driver sped off. He had actual injuries too but not much he could do about it on a side road with no cameras.

Philly drivers are definitely reckless as fukk from my personal family experience, let alone me driving around Philly so often.

Watching the game Friday I was thinking the only thing that could derail this team would be a major injury . fukking dikkhead philly drivers, how do you even hit a dude that tall driving in dense downtown traffic .
