Nah it’s as simple as ignorance being bliss. There’s levels to biblical knowledge and most people that are content in their state are not searching for much deeper understanding. Because the more you find the more questions you’ll have. I had to stop doing research because of this fact. I would have questions for people and they’d be like “why does it matter”… I want to know. And I felt like the answers would possibly lead me to be an atheist and that scared me. Right now i consider myself spiritual but i don’t active participate in any religion.
