I read a while back that 3 shots would likely be required for people that are overweight/obese because their bodies are in a constant inflammatory state so their immune systems are taxed all the times causing the vaccines to be weaker. I think the Johnson & Johnson is least effective for overweight people. And since so many Americans are obese this makes sense, the drug companies make money off of unhealthy lifestyles
