You need to send a calling card which is a day then you have to steal the treasure which is the next day. When you send the card you have to be ready to take the treasure so use a separate save in case you need to go back.
You can grind.
The grind spot must open up later. I'm between the first and second targets so I haven't gotten it yet. They just showed a known party member that has yet to join so I'm hopeful I can get either the second dungeon or a place to grind soon since I'm only level 11
seems like they made grinding complex as hell in this edition. That's probably a pretty massive explanation of the huge jump in hours between P4G and this one. Im gonna have to truly start this shyt over the weekend or something.

Mementos is sort of like a souped up Tartarus for doing stuff like grinding and finding personas in between dungeons. Try doing them during the time between dungeons/mission end and starts.
