Breh. It's a JRPG thru and thru. But there's so many layers in a Persona game you shouldn't be surprised that it takes so long to get the general feeling down

I'm so glad I bought this over Mass Effect Andromeda but crazy part is that I'm a huge fan of Mass Effect series and PS5 is my first time I copped PS but for some strange reason I wanna buy PS5 and wait on Mass Effect Andromeda on sales.

I'm a big Mass Effect fan. But P4G is my baby and I've been waiting years for this. I'll play ME:A some months down the road after I've forgotten about it

Game is excellent.

Love the stuff they added from the mainline SMT. The gun....and the ability to talk to and recruit monsters. Though the talking stuff felt really random in SMT and it does maintain somewhat of a level of randomness here, but its still cool.

Also like that this game isnt making my PS4 explode and make weird sounds like other games *cough* ME Andromeda *cough*

I never had a problem with turn based. I can pop in Chrono Trigger or FF9 or PS2 era RPG and have fun. I think turn based got some connotation of it being archaic and slow but this game is otherwise. Feels very fast once you know what you're doing.

Ill always prefer turn based in RPG games. Grew up with it. Prefer strategically fighting and enjoying the story rather than dodge press x etc etc twitch reaction gameplay. For me id rather have an action game be an action game, and an rpg be an rpg.

I couldn't have been the only one who thought back to the older games when you heard them call you Joker. So far, I'm trying to find out who the hell I am using is.

It's a Persona game through and through from what I see and I'm fukking happy with that.

I just noticed I have to skip the palace if I want to make an item. That's kinda bs. When you come home from the palace they don't let you go to your room just straight to bed. I'll be going to the palace every night until it's beat.

You'll be able to do those things without taking up time soon with one of the confidant abilities.

They really don't let you run through these dungeons like in P3&4 usually you could blast through within one to two days

Now you gotta plan and consult with the squad before you run up
