see I've heard that on this site several times, but what's the benefits?
*Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU)
My Best Buy Gamers Club - Best Buy

$30 for a 2 year membership. Benefits include:
Get 20% off new physical video games, including pre-orders, 10% off pre-owned video games, 2X My Best Buy points on qualified purchases, special coupons, exclusive offers and more.
The membership pays for itself with 3 game purchases. Anyone can use your membership as long as they provide your phone number. This means you can sign up and let friends and family use your discount and you keep the points. These points turn into best buy gift cards. In the past, best buy has also run preorder promotions where they give you a $10 gift card just for preordering a game on top of the 20% discount. By letting friends and family use my membership I have gotten several free games a year. If you buy more than one video game a year this is a no brainer. If you're paying more than $48 for ANY video game at any time you lost.

This.

The deal breaker is more so the Persona+accessory you got. I had for example a Persona that reflects Physical/projectile attacks so whenever an enemy hit me it'd deflect it. Money can get tight because there's other shyt you can buy.
Similar to persona 4? Like with the strength, weaknesses, nullifies, repels, drains, etc?
Black Frost was near game breaking (at least against bosses) with his drains. Almost every boss late in the game used a strong fire attack and would keep healing me

Yeah same way except there's a few new things like when under certain status ailments(dizzy, fear, frozen etc.) attacks inflicted/received is boosted which displays "Technical" when done.
There's also 2 new spells(Nuclear and Psychic) along with 2 spell lines, Kouha and Eiha which are Light/Dark spells attacks as well as Guns.

I haven't found a game breaking Persona but I'm sure it's probably one of those tri fusion ones.

Persona 5 94 at Metacritic

Edit: Avoid video reviews as I heard some have late game spoilers in it especially Gamespots.

IGN gave it a 9.7

We gave it a 10/10 at Push Square:

Persona 5 sets the benchmark for modern Japanese RPGs: it oozes style, charisma, and polish quite unlike anything we've played. With this fifth entry, the series' trademark formula of dungeon delving and socialising has been perfected. Addictive, engaging gameplay, incredibly endearing characters, and a consistently rewarding narrative loop combine to create a spectacularly cohesive whole – whether or not you're already a fan of Persona. A masterpiece from top to bottom.
