People can say what they want, but if youre a business owner ure an idiot if youre not trying to automate. This is the best time ever in the world to educate ureself and start a business. Work your day job, but always realize ure expendable...so in ure spare time start a business

automation is inefficient and overrated. One sensor gets fukked up and it's a whole mess.

Have heard their sales have been taking a hit since they switched from hfcs to diet sweeteners for a bunch of their non-diet drinks.
and that they plan on making a full switch over to diet sweeteners over the next 2/4 years.

A lot of people don't realize that getting rid of un-skilled labor is only the first step. Once they reduce that down as much as possible, they're going to automate skilled labor next.

I agree, but times are different. It took major money to do things back then, and people were collectively less intelligent. Automation is far more sophisticated now, and some white kid with an idea can hit up Silicon Valley with an app and a PowerPoint and cave in your industry. This isn't the days of steam engines and robber barons. Population is far higher, and our society is way more complex. Adapt or die don't work anymore like that.
