Lol but my opinion on Janelle Monae sucking doesn't mean I think she is talentless. That's my point. She is extremely too talented to put out average music. I've been saying for years, Beyonce and Jay-Z evoke such strong emotions among black people. It is very strange. Almost like identifying with success is wrong or immoral.

So you object to minstrelsy(your opinion) but endorse drug addiction? Just say you are a hater and keep it moving. Trying to bring ethics into why you like Amy Winehouse and not Beyonce is a losing battle. You can't quantify the "realness" of their singing. And Amy Winehouse literally sounded like a drugged up taxi driver. Just because an artist meets a tragic death doesn't mean we need to deify them. And I shouldn't even call her death tragic. Aaliyah's death was tragic. Left Eye's death tragic, Kurt Cobain's death tragic. A drug addict overdosing is life.
